ABOUT  LYDIA

Lydia Tausi
Madrid, Spain 1984

​

She discovered photography at the early age of 10, fascinated by the fact of being able to treasure memories is a visual and tactile format.
After years of being selftought through books and photography tutorials she pursued her first reflex camera, a Canon Eos 350D..this became her best friend , faithfull traveling companion of future adventures and travels.
Frustrated by the idea of mastering all different kinds of lighting she enroled the Ultravioleta school of Madrid.
After finishing her studies she assisted many workshops given by some great photographers like Javier Aramburu or Miguel Ángel Nalda. Her photographs were selected among some of other students from the school to be displayed in the Entrefotos 2010 fair.
She was choosen to expose with teachers and other highlighted students in the 5th Aniversary of the Ultraviolet School.
Nowdays she is focused in having her artwork printed and published in editorials worldwide.
